An elevationally adjustable folding stage includes stages decks on a folding frame. Telescoping legs extend from the frame and include a spacer assembly. A spacer member is engaged by a spreader member to adjust the width of the spacer assembly. Rotatable wheels are mounted on the spacer member to engage the inner portion of an outer leg member of the telescoping legs. A spacing linkage includes linkage members and with a stop member mounted on the first linkage member and engaging the top of the second spacing linkage. Stop member is adjustably mounted to change the engagement point and the folding range of the folding linkage and therefore, the alignment of the stage.
